Zakeni Realty International is led by Nondumiso Mngadi, the Principal Property Practitioner. Nondumiso, an alumnus of the University of Kwa-Zulu Natal, holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree with a specialization in Human Resources and Business Management.

She further pursued a Post Graduate Diploma in Management Practice from Henley Business School. After spending fourteen years in senior management within the Human Resources field, Nondumiso transitioned into real estate and now leads the company as a qualified Principal Property Practitioner with a Master Practitioner in Real Estate qualification.
